SNAP-Ed Policy, Systems and Environmental Integrative Map

The SNAP-Ed PSE Integrative map is designed to provide tools and resources to build skills for policy, systems and environmental approaches to support your SNAP-Ed community initiatives to create healthy local places.

Video modules feature current, successful approaches that are being implemented in community settings. Each setting provides details for implementation and evaluation based upon the evaluation framework metrics. Also included on the site are training resources and tools that build the capacity of SNAP-Ed implementing agency staff to assess organizational and community collaboration readiness as well as intercultural development.
